WSKY – SKY4 TV, Hampton, VA

Lockwood Broadcast Group is looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow transactional business as well as focus on prospecting and closing new business for WSKY-TV & Lockwood Digital (Hampton, VA).  We are looking for a self-starter with experience & success in cold calling and creating and delivering presentations.

The right candidate will have experience in direct business to business sales.  We are looking for a person who can build new business and encourage long term orders.  The key to success is gaining trust by consultative & supportive selling and closing deals in a very positive and effective way. 

Duties include:

• Developing and maintaining direct relationships with clients and agencies while driving revenue and achieving monthly goals for TV and digital sales.
• Prospecting and closing new & incremental business and renewals.
• Prepare, schedule and deliver sales presentations for TV and digital campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work in Hampton Roads VA and Northeastern NC regions.
• Television and digital advertising sales experience is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in advertising & marketing is preferred.
